Dr. Taggart was born and raised in Clearwater, FL. After, relocating to Philadelphia to pursue a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology at Chestnut Hill College where she continued on to complete her doctoral training in Clinical Psychology.  Dr. Taggart has worked in a variety of outpatient settings and community mental health centers.  

 

 She approaches therapy from a Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic lens, believing each client's unique experiences require a tailored clinical approach. Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders, grief and loss, mood disorders, substance use disorders, and trauma recovery.  She is a licensed psychologist in the State of New Jersey.
